How can I know if my payment was successful or failed?

Every complete order will be notified via email within 24 hours. However, payment cannot be performed during bank reconciliation time. To avoid having an impact on your payment, please be aware of your Bank reconciliation schedule. Usually, bank reconciliation time will happen at around 11.30 p.m. to 1.30 a.m. which only affect payment method via Online Banking.

 

Why was the amount of my order adding with extra charged?

The extra charge of the item might include a shipping surcharge. You order summary will reflect all these charges.

 

 

Cash On Delivery

 

What is cash on delivery (COD)?

This is the payment method that you can choose while you want to place your order. We will deliver to you at your doorsteps and you can pay for it when you receive it.

Agogo Asia was based in Kuching, Sarawak and we do COD around this area for this moment. We will expand our delivery area for COD very soon.

How to make the order at Agogo Asia?

Agogo Asia provides supermarket products and meals that will satisfy their users. It is easy to make the order at Agogo Asia. Here is the guideline that can assist you on how to place an order with us. Just follow the step-by-step instructions below to place an order.

Step 1: START SHOPPING

Search and choose the item that you want based on the categories. You can review and check for the product information by clicking on the product image.

Step 2: SHOPPING CART

Select the item that you want to order by adding the item to the cart. You can view and update your cart. If you want to add more items to your cart, click on the categories of product at the top of the navigation.

Step 3: CHECKOUT

After finish the selection, you need to proceed to checkout. The user can also register as the member through their social media account such as facebook.

Step 4: BILLING AND SHIPPING DETAILS

Here, you need to fill your billing details and select the shipping and payment methods.

Step 5: ORDER CONFIRMATION

You can place your order and the details will be emailed to you. Please wait for your order to be delivered as soon as possible.

Note: Agogo Asia also supports website ordering through the mobile application for Android. We will also support mobile application through IOS soon.

 

 

Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my order?

You will receive an email for every complete order and our Customer Services will conduct the process of delivering as soon as possible.

For the supermarket product ordering, you can expect to receive your order within 1 or 2 working days in Kuching areas. Any supermarket product ordering which is from different areas will receive within 1 to 6 working days (except Sunday and holidays).

For the meals order, you will receive the order within 4 to 8 hours in Kuching areas. We will not provide delivery for meals order outside of this area.

 

 

How To Return

How can I return the item?

Return of the item required the user to understand the return policy. Customers that want to return the item must email us at admin@agogo.asia and attach the e-copy of the receipt in the email. The item must be packaged and in the same condition when you received them. Make sure to drop-off the item at our Courier Partner. We will process the refund after the return of the item.

 

What are the reasons of return item?

What is Agogo Asia Return Policy?

Agogo Asia return policy offers easy returns within 14 days after delivery. Just ensure that you email request for refund/return and the e-copy of receipts to us at admin@agogo.asia. Please note that some items and products are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable. You can choose one of the following refund/return options.

Exchange your item for wrong or defective item sent.

Refund to your original payment

We will reply your request for refund/return as soon as possible. If we do not receive the original item, Agogo Asia reserves the rights to withhold any refunds that you request. We also will proceed to refund if the exchange item is unavailable.

Out of Stock Item

How if the product out of stock when my order confirmed?

If the product out of stock, we will inform you immediately and proceed with the shipment of in stock product that you have ordered. The out stock product will be ship immediately after the stock arrives or we will refund to you for the out stocks item.

Note: We ship products that are available first.

 

Order Cancellation

How to cancel your order?

Every item that customer order will automatically process within 24 hours. During the processing time, order cancellation only available prior to the shipment. The customer that want to cancel their order needs to call directly to our customer services to check their order status. If their order status still pending, they can request for order cancellation. However, if the order has been shipped, you are not able to cancel your order. We will not process any refund if you return the product to us during the shipment.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PRICING

There also various reasons that can be the result when there are cases when an order cannot be processed. Please note that the site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. Before we accept the order, you may be asked to provide us additional verifications or information which is not limited to phone number and address. In term of pricing information on the site, we are persistent to provide most accurate information but there might be an error in some cases when the price is not displayed correctly on the websites. We may, at our own discretion either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation if there happen to have mispriced on the item. Order that has been confirmed even if your credit card or bank account already been charged will have the right to refuse or cancel by us.

 

GST

On 1st April 2015, Malaysia has implemented the GST at the rate of 6%. Agogo Asia will include GST for the item and services where applicable. GST Act 2014 which is published on 19 June 2014 and the GST Regulations 2014 issued on 30 June 2014 can be your references.

 

Term of Use

7.1    Registration

7.1.1    Customer need to register with us to place an order. They can choose to register with their Facebook account or sign up with new account. All information that you provided during the registration must be accurate, current and trusted.

7.1.2    Please ensure that you keep the information up to date and notify us if there were any changes to the information using the site relevant sections.

7.1.3    Make sure that as the customer you should avoid any misuse of the site and never creating multiple user account.

7.2    Formation of a Contract

7.2.1    All information and details on this sites and stated in this Terms and Conditions is an invitation to treat but not constitute an offer for sale. There should not have contract between you and us regarding of any products until we ship the products to you.

7.2.2    Just follow the online shopping process to place an order. You will receive email of your order confirmation that will be the acknowledgement of your order.

7.2.3    We will process your order and it will only accepted and complete if your order is being shipped to your delivery address.

7.2.4    Please note that we shall deliver to you separate packages at different time if your order consists more than one product. Only products which we deliver to you will relate to a contract.

7.3    Price and Payment

7.3.1    We make our best to provide accurate information for all the details, descriptions and prices that displayed on this site. However, there might be errors regarding the information. We will immediately inform you if we identify error in the products price that you have ordered. We also will provide you with the option to reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling the order. You will receive refund for your payment if you select to cancel the order before we ship the products to you.

7.3.2    The prices are in Malaysian Ringgit with inclusive of GST where applicable. RM5 will be charged for cash on delivery within Kuching area. Other charges will depend on the delivery places and weight of the products. The charges will be included in the final total of your order.

7.3.3    If the prices listed on the website are incorrect even after your order has been acknowledged by us, we are under no obligation to fulfil your order.

7.3.4    Payment can be done using any of our payment partner listed on our homepage. Cash on delivery also available in our region, Kuching, Sarawak. You also can pay for the products using a promotional voucher that you need to enter at the check out page online. We will not accept the physical presentation of voucher to Agogo Asia personnel.

7.3.5    Payment using card data will be encrypted by us in order to minimize the risk of unauthorised access. To complete the transactions of your order, we required your pre-authorization on your card to ensure you have sufficient funds available. Complete pre-authorization check was important to confirm your order. Once we have sent you the order confirmation, your card will debit. We will not liable for any delay or non-delivery if we do not receive the required authorization. Validation checks and authorisation by card issuer are subject to the card.

7.3.6    By clicking “Place an order” button, you are confirming that the card belongs to you or that you are the legitimate holder of the promotional voucher. You also confirm that you have sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the product cost upon the authorization of the payment.

7.4    Mistaken Order

7.4.1    Please contact us at 082-570588 or email us at admin@agogo.asia if you have submitted mistaken order to our sites immediately. We will try our best to help you.

7.5    Refusal of Order

7.5.1    All the contents and information from the websites are our property and we reserve the right to withdraw, remove or edit any of the products contents and materials.

7.5.2    We also reserve the right to refuse your order even after your order confirmation due to unforeseen circumstances at any time at our sole discretion.

7.5.3    We try our best to process the orders, and if we need to cancel your order, we will refund your payment.

7.5.4    Our reason of product withdrawing from the site or for refusing to process or accept an order will not be liable to you and other third party.

7.6    Delivery

7.6.1    We will deliver your ordering at the delivery address that you already provide to us in your Order details.

7.6.2    Time of the delivery that indicated by us was at the time of your order checkout. We will notify you if the period taken for delivery of the product is longer than expected

7.6.3    The delivery product required your sign and in case of any faults, defects or damage, you may contact Agogo Asia Customer Service Team or drop us an email. Please provide the delivered documents with the product if request.

7.6.4    Due to some unforeseen circumstances such as the weather condition or unavailable delivery for selected areas, we might not be able to deliver your items. Thus, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us and give you an option to change the delivery address or provide you with other alternatives.

7.6.5    All the item that you receive will use standard packaging.

7.6.6    You will receive instruction either re-delivery or collection from the courier if you not available to take the delivery.

7.7    Cancellation by customer

7.7.1    Cancellation can only be done if the order has not been ship. Therefore, customer needs to contact our Customer Service team to notify us and check the order status in order to request for cancellation. Customer order will automatically process within 24 hours.

7.7.2    Please note that we will not process any refund if you return the product to us during the shipment.

7.8    Returns Policy

7.8.1    If you not satisfied with the product, Agogo Asia offers easy returns within 14 days after delivery. Please ensure the product unused and still in original brand packaging. The item must in the same condition when you received them.

7.8.2    Please note that some items and products are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable. You need to email request for refund or return and attach the e-copy of receipts to us at admin@agogo.asia.

7.8.3    There are two options for your refund or return. You are able to exchange your item for wrong or defective item sent or refund your original payment.

7.8.4    We will reply your request for refund or return as soon as possible. If we do not receive the original item, or the item is returned in an unsuitable condition, Agogo Asia reserves the rights to withhold any refunds that you request. We also will proceed to refund if the exchange item is unavailable.
